Review content:
I have been to this clinic twice and dissappointed both times. The first time I took my 12 year old daughter for a rash and recieved a judgement lecture from the doctor because I refuse to give my kids the flu and chicken pox vaccines. After making a complaint to the Director, I was assured the matter was dealt with and they begged me to give them another chance. I did and regret it. I went into the clinic one morning with a severe infection and in need of immediate treatment. I was told that on that particular day they couldn't take my insurance because the doctor on staff wasn't registered with my insurance (Regence Blueshield - the biggest provider in Washington) but I could either come back the next day or drive downtown to their other clinic, which not only would have taken me an hour to drive to but was also in completely the oppososite direction then I needed to go. I really felt that the customer service was completely lacking.
Pros: Newer, very clean facility
Cons: Very unprofessional staff and severely lacking in customer service
