I would not advise this bridal salon. The staff is nice but the owner is rude, once you have committed to a gown there it seems she could care less about the clients. Shopping for your wedding gown is supposed to be an amazing experience, one of my girlfriends did buy (bc it was close to her house) her gown here recently and the store did not have the dress, so it had NEVER been tried on, Lady Margaret refused to allow her to try on her gown without paying in full prior, this wouldnt have been a problem if she was told this when she ordered the gown, she rushed us at her first time trying on the gown, mind you it wasnt even busy in the salon and we were there less than 30 minutes, but LM kept coming back and trying to have us leave. When we asked to see the bridesmaids gown next to the dress (not even trying it on) it was a MAJOR problem for her . I have been to the salon many times, looking for my personal wedding dress as well as shopping with several girlfriends and her attitude always seems the same, don't bring children she acts as if they have the plague...even very well behaved children. I would advise other salons...but not this one if you want a pleasent and fun experience, the Wedding Bell in Tacoma is tiny but they have the same dresses/designers, and a much nicer staff and most importantly you are not rushed or treated like an inconvience.
Pros: Nice dressing areas
Cons: Everything Else!
