As soon as I paid for my Bridal gown, the service went down the tube. My bridesmaids were terribly by several members of the shop and even ""Lady"" Margaret herself. My dress was the only one delivered on time, but then the alterations- only a three point bustle- were done very shady...they would not show me how to tie the bustle up because they said its only meant to be put up once then is ruined if you let it out, so I never noticed until the day of the wedding that only one point was actually in the dress, so my beautiful train is thrashed. Bridesmaids dresses ordered in wrong color due to an emploee error and oversight on the bridemaids part when she signed the reciept, but they hastled us saying we just changed our minds about the color, tried to get us to pay for new ones, etc. Then dresses did not come when promised, so I asked what they do in that situation, and they said in their fine print it states that they are not accountable for late shipping and again, told us we could pay full price for something else. Final two of five dresses did not arrive until the week of the wedding.\r
When all was said and done, no apologies were offered from the owner or her stuck up employees and I have made sure to tell anyone who will listen just how awful they are. Spend your money ANYWHERE else! They offer the same styles and designers as any other local bridal shop, but tend to try to beat out those other stores prices- which is how I ended up buying there. Do not be fooled, the fifty dollars they ""saved"" me almost cost my bridesmaids $160 each.
Pros: Same dresses as anywhere else, so try anywhere else first! Prices lower here for my bridal gown, but hassel not worth the $ saved
Cons: Rude owner and employee's, unattentive, unsupportive, lack of common courtesy or compassion
