Owner is rude and her prices are sky high. I've experienced better. I went to the theater to see Chipwrecked with my kids to get a discount and used it but it barely made a dent with her prices. The boutique items are junky and the stylist totally messed up my bangs. The service was a bit stuffy. I figured she would have tried Groupon or something else. Manicures and Pedicures are about 3x the price they are at A Nails and Bella Lei and do not last as long. She advertises ""crybaby"" mascara is a ripoff and $60+ and only lasts for two weeks which I tried during her training event and ended up waiting about two hours before it even got applied and once it did it BURNED. I wanted to just leave, I should have. I've gone to other salons before like Carters and found the services and prices to be much more reasonable. Her staff leaves you waiting and is not very talkative. She boasts ""best salon"" but it ends up being a place where you get mostly glares and prices that are not reasonable. Also... anyone know how she is ""green"" because I do not see any products that she uses that are green in any way, shape or form? D- for this salon! Avoid!
