Review content:
Bally's is in a decline. Classes are decreasing, employees in general are very uninterested and the equipment is not up to date.
The biggest complaint that I have is that the change rooms are very dirty--especially the shower area. I won't begin to describe what I have seen. I'm guessing that they only clean once at the end of the day. Shower water is not hot. Ugh!
Recently there are a lot of patrons walking through pool area in street shoes (and some in jeans???) to get to the sauna and steam room.
The bright spot: Carol's Zumba class is awesome and I'm very sorry to leave it behind.
