I am not a resident of Elkins Lake, however when I am out at Elkins Lake we will eat at the Putters Cafe. The prices are fair, the food is good and the service is good. They keep your tea glasses full, give straws and have very durable napkins. The view is nice. They have a new cafe that I havent been into just yet. The old one had been a bit dated. We enjoy watching the squirrels, and birds.
