What a great restaurant! I've heard about this Ho Ho Gourmet for a long time but I don't get into town very often. I think I'll make the trip every Saturday for a while! My first impression was that this place is full of bustle and movement. It was interesting watching the food go by and the dim sum being offered on trays. Another thing I noticed is that 90% of the people here are Asians. I ordered the Hong Kong Beef which is brazed beef strips in a red ginger sauce. I've had the same thing at Sampan and Ho Ho has the better of the two. The sauce was great and the cuts of meat were very tasty and tender. The dim sum I tried, just the pork buns this time, was first rate. I'll definately be back as often as I can manage it. Pros: quality ingredients, variety, dim sum Cons: parking, crowded
