Review content:
One of the few authentic dim sum servers in the Salt Lake valley. Good variety on Saturdays. Sit by the kitchen in order to be first in line as the carts come out or they are picked over by the time they go by the first few tables and they turn around and go back to the kitchen without reaching the end of the line tables. As a result you wait for a long time for each offering. If you don't see what you want on the carts, just ask the server and they can bring an individual serving out to you. Atmosphere is not the most pleasing with respect to sanitation or decor. More like a cheap restaurant. For good service and a more attractive dim sum experience, patronize the Hong Kong on 4th South west of the Gateway.
Pros: dim sum available with good variety.
Cons: dismal atmosphere
