I was in need of a CPA and did not know where to start. I performed an internet search and found Marcia's name. When I contacted her I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and attentive she was to my needs. I had several years of back taxes that I had not filed and was dreading the knock on the door by the IRS. Marcia reassured me and advised me to gather all of my paperwork and come in for a meeting. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the tax codes and her willingness to help me quickly eased my fears. Marcia kept me informed and up to date on the progress of all of my tax returns. When deadlines were approaching, Marcia never missed a beat and was on time just as she said she would be. I am now caught up on all my taxes from several years back and even received a return in most cases. I could not be more pleased with her customer service, her dedication to her clients and the individualized attention that she provides. I highly recommend Marcia Van Norman, CPA!
