I wanted to write to you to let you know that our experience with your service was terrific. Our driver for our departure was prompt to pick us up, courteous and professional. The vehicle was clean and comfortable with curbside drop off for our flight. For our arrival back from Europe, the driver too was courteous and professional. He monitored our flight and was there waiting when we arrived to whisk us home without us having to think or say a word, which was wonderful after a nine hour flight, customs, immigration and trek through Atlanta Airport. The confirmations and communications I received from J&L through our booking process was detailed and prompt eliminating stress, confusion and concerns for our transportation. \r
