Review content:
I was very disappointed with Masalas. This was my second, and final visit. I arrived just after 5pm on a Saturday. I was the first customer of the evening. The server sat me down , 5 minute later she sat down two other tables and finally brought me water and asked if I was ready to order. I ordered Butter Chicken. 5 minutes later she brought a cracker with 3 sauces. I nibbled on them, and finished my water in the process. I sat my glass at the edge of the table to be refilled. She passed my glass several times. Roughly 8 minutes later, she brings water to the two other tables ( the only other tables there) and sets the water at the table directly across from me and my empty glass, and leaves. I finally get up and refill my own water, sorely displeased with the whole affair. Ten minutes later, she brings out a Tandori chicken in a red sauce, and sticky, tasteless rice. This was the last straw! I walked over to where the girl was standing and told her I was sorry, but this was really unsatisfactory and that I did not want to wait another 25 minutes for the right order, so I was leaving. I promptly went to India Palace and had the best Butter Chicken I've had since moving here. Their Chai tea was also great, as was there rice! Huge Difference from Masalas!! Don't waste your time or money at Masalas! They do not measure up . Save yourself the disappointment!
