Businiess name:  Paulie's Pizza & Pasta

Review content:
My family is new to the area and we could not wait to try Paulie's. We believe in supporting small business owners over the chains and once we find places we like, we continue to give regular business. We particularly like to try new tastes and we had never had ""coal fired pizza"". We were seated in a room with what appeared to be beige outdoor patio furniture mixed with indoor furniture. The menu offerings were less than expected, but we came for the pizza. We ordered two small ""Traditional"" pies and garlic bread. Turns out Paulie's definition of coal fired includes charring. Everything we ordered had burned portions. The sauce was very bland and the cheese was rubbery. I kept looking for even a speck of the basil listed in the menu description, nada. Our bill came to $50.00 with a coupon. We do not mind paying for quality, but this simply was not it. For now we will stick to the Pizza Hut two for $11.99 deal, at least I can taste the basil!
