Review content:
I visited this store on a Wednesday afternoon. I arrived 15 minutes early but was not greeted until after my scheduled appointment time. Why? The front office workers decided that their conversation was more important than an on-time customer.\r

I then watched a 5 or 6 year old boy run behind the counter repeatedly. He was playing with frames, paperwork, pencil sharpeners and the office telephones. I couldn't believe no one stopped him. I found out later that he is the son of the contact technician. Later the boy screamed for over five minutes when his mother's boyfriend punched/slapped him in the mouth. Did I mention the mother is the contact technician!!\r

They then failed to record my contact fitting information so I now have to go back.\r

I try to patronize the independants but sometimes it will come back to bite you in the wallet.\r
