We randomly chose Porcini because we were looking for a BYOB restaurant with Italian cuisine. When we first walked into the restaurant we noticed that it was a very tiny place and we immediately lowered our expectations. We decided to stay and try it anyway. This restaurant turned out to be one of the best places we have ever eaten at by far!! We both come from Italian families, and this place made us feel right at home. The food was exceptional. We ordered two dishes and split them. The Farfalle Fra Diavlo was loaded with fresh lump crab and the flavors of the sauce were something we would expect from only our grandmothers. The chicken dish was beyond flavorful, and the chicken was very tender. Even the potatos and broccoli were done to perfection. The brushetta appetizer was also amazing. To compliment our excellent meals,were the owners and waitstaff You can tell that they truly care about their business and customers. They were very friendly and hard workers. It was refreshing to see that the chef not only cooked our amazing meals and brought them out to us personally, but he also helped set tables when he had a free minute. For dessert, we tried the vanilla ice cream with fresh strawberries and a balsamic reduction. Oh my god! Although this may sound a little odd with the balsamic, it was to die for! The flavor was unbelievable. \r
