Review content:
First, there was an exceptionally long wait time in reception (this practice obviously overschedules patients severly). I pride myself on being a kind & patient person, and I understand that there is always a good wait time ahead, but this was ridiculous.\r
\r
When I finally met the dentist, she seemed friendly enough at first. However, as the visit went on, it became increasingly apparent that she is more like a salesperson than a dental professional (a completely unnecessary cosmetic procedure was repeatedly pushed on me throughout the visit). \r
\r
Then I was told that I had numerous problems with my teeth & gums that needed prompt treatment. I felt uneasy about that so held off. Then I decided to change dentists b/c I was unhappy. \r
\r
After a thorough exam & x-rays from my new dentist, I was told that my teeth are in perfect health. My new dentist was visibly shocked when I informed him of Dr. Mostatab's prior ""diagnoses"". \r
\r
So I decided to research Dr. Mostatab and I found out that she is NOT a member of the American Dental Association (this is free info available to the public on the ADA website). I'm just a layperson, but that's obviously a bad sign. \r
