Review content:
I purchased 9 trees from the nursery. I received a 1 year warranty on them. Within 1 year we called Nancy's back to replace 2 dead trees. They came out to replace them without hesitation. Within 15 months a third tree died. We are now 18 months out and the 8 remaining are all turning brown. We did everything they told us to do. We watered them every day that it didn't rain. We asked other tree experts why this is happening and the response we got is that Nancy's staff may have planted them too deep and applied too much mulch. I have feed them, spiked them, to no avail. We also purchased a japanese maple. They planted that with an enormous amount of mulch. The expert also said it was too much mulch. That too is just about dead. What a large investment down the drain. So, no, I would not recommend Nancy's.
Pros: did replace the 2 dead trees within the 1st year
Cons: All trees just about dead
