We have moved out and I must say we are very good tenants we cleaned everything including the carpet as per the rental agreement (PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT). We still got only the fraction of the deposit. \r

I will advise anyone to stay away from this company as far as you can. They are very deceiving. You will pay a high price for dealing with them one way or the other. You absolutely must read the fine print and please do look at how many law suites they are in. I promise that you will find many people that have been misguided by them. Do not rent from them or use them as the management company. I am surprised they are still running their scheme of a business and someone has not closed them.\r
