On new years eve, we called for a taxi. We were told about an hour and twenty minutes. We were ok with that. an hour and half later we called to see what was going on and they remembered our call, but never sent a cab. They told us it was going to be another long wait because they sent a taxi for the people in the next hotel room and forgot about us. Ten minutes later we called back to explain that we needed to get picked up asap because the show wee were going to had begun already and the the guy who answered the phone hung up on us. We called right back and demanded tp talk to a manager, he said he was the manager and hung up on us again. I would never ever recomend the use of this company. I will be doing everything I can to get in touch with the corperate headquarterd and let them know about this. I am not done getting my revenge for them ruining our new years eve
