Review content:
My dog got a bladder stone lodged in his urethra and Dr. Dymun was ""scared"" to do the surgery to remove it so she sent my dog to PETS Emergency Treatment Services where the vet on duty that night flushed the stone back into his bladder. He had to spend the night there which was very expensive! I had to take him back to Lincoln Highway Vet Clinic the next day so that Dr. Lewis could do the surgery to remove the stone. Since it was New Years Eve I had to take my dog back to PETS to recover. He was diabetic and developed ketoacidosis and was very sick and ended up spending the entire holiday weekend at PETS! That Monday I had to take my dog back to Lincoln Highway for further treatment because he was still too sick to go home. Dr. Lewis gave him barium, took x-rays and told me that my dog had stomach cancer and there was nothing we could do for him. I made the difficult decision to put him down. Later when I was able to discuss with Dr. Lewis what happened with my dog he told me he wasn't sure if my dog had cancer because he didn't do an autopsy! Why did he let me put him down??!! I'm devastated!! :0(
