I went to joseph interested in a house he had listed to make a long story short this man has a screw loose he started screaming at me when we were going over the lease beacuse I explained that i lived 7 hours away and would have to fax him my paycheck stub soon as i got home he stood up out of his chair got in my face pointing at me yelling here i am trying to do business with you and you dont have what you need when your serious come back were not doing any business until you can prove you have a job!!!!! WOW thats all i can say about that needless to say i walked out never to return again this guy is a serious freak.... not to mention he had 2 files on his desk for all his renters to see one said problem tenants it was full and non payers also full I didnt see one for good tenants lol watch out
