For some bizarre reason, Bethel people have gotten swept into Bethel Bakery mania. Go out and sample other cakes at wonderful local bakeries. You'll find them way more adaptable to your requests and the quality of the cakes are far superior. I had the occasion recently to compare two cakes: One from Bethel Bakery and the other from Shop' n Save. The freshness and moistness of the cake was no comparison to BB. Our cake was baked and frosted in the same day. Not so with BB (or at least it tasted like a dry, de-thawed cake with whipped crisco frosting.) Wake up folks! There are other shows in town with superior quality at half the price.
