illies Sandwich Shop has been in business in Grants Pass for at least 40 years (that I know of). Their address is 731 NE 7th St, Grants Pass, Oregon. Ive never been disappointed with any sandwich Ive had there, but my all-time favorite is the BBQ Cheeseburger. Its lean ground beef, cheese and their yummy homemade BBQ sauce. Hubbys favorite is the Submarineham, salami, cheese, pickles, tomatoes with their special dressing. The onions and peppers may be optional for some, but our answer will always be YES! Our 1st stop when visiting Grants Pass is usually Millies. We really miss being able to have them a couple times a week since we moved away. Millies changed hands a few years ago and thankfully, they kept the menu basically the same. They have added some WONDERFUL additions such as their huge fresh cinnamon rolls. By the way, all the bread (rolls) for the sandwiches are made fresh daily on the premises!!! Prices for these sandwiches are incredibly reasonable. WARNINGonce youve tried them youll be craving them the rest of your life! lol
Pros: GREAT sandwiches, lots of parking, quick!
