My husband and I were buying our first home in 2009. After searching for a real estate agent we felt comfortable with, we came across a small company called O'Malley Real Estate, owned by Michael and Susan Allardyce. Thank goodness we did! We felt we were able to get the personalized attention that large companies cannot offer, and they were a pleasure to work with. It seemed they knew everyone in Grandview and were definitely the experts! They also found us the house of our dreams! It was a wonderful experience and I will recommend them over and over. Thanks Susan and Michael!
