Review content:
O'Malley Real Estate was the sellers agent for a house my wife and I purchased in Grandview and our interactions with this company were very negative. O'Malley Real Estate allowed there client to leave a vast amount of his personal belongings in the house after we closed, after we were assured these items would be removed. When we moved in, my friends and I had to move this gentleman's personal items out of his storage shed, garage, basement, and the master bedroom. Any real estate agent that will allow their client to leave his house in this condition is best avoided. When we closed we were told there were just a few items left and it wouldn't be a big deal to remove them, being a reasonable person I agreed to proceed with the closing, I unfortunately learned my lesson (P.S. it was our first house). I cannot speak from a sellers view point concerning service, however, if you are going to buy a house they have listed you may want to reconsider.
