My boyfriend moved in to a place in ""as is"" condition because there was no time to clean and paint. The blinds were munched, the door handle broken, lawn unmanicured, etc. Just before he moved out some gardeners showed up and cut down a perfectly good tree in the front yard and left a huge mess. No warning, just the noise and the mess. When he moved out we spent two weeks cleaning that place top to bottom and called Four Seasons to do a walk through so they could point out any possible issues with our deposit. There was either no answer or someone telling us to talk to a certain person. That ""person"" was never available and did not call back EVER even after at least 10 phone messages!!! They then sent a list of deductions from the security deposit that had some bogus expenses including a charge to cut down the tree and a charge to clean it up. They also charged to clean up the yard that we left in the same condition as it was when we moved in. We scrubbed the walls and cleaned the carpets and they still charged us a cleaning fee for the house and the carpets. They would not call me back so it went to collections and I was then able to speak with an intelligent human being. I wrote a big long letter, documented everything and submitted it to the collections agency. The ""manager"" of Four Seasons didn't even know about the tree cutting and gave no explanation. I paid for everything except the tree, yard clean up and repairs on their shoddy hardware. Part of the agreement was that it would not go on the credit report. I just got a new credit report and there it was. It said we didn't pay ANYTHING and still owed $1,361!!!!!\r

Four Season Realty is an enept property management service and their customer service skills are laughable on their best day. I have rental property of my own and consult for a client with over 150 apartment buildings and I have NEVER had a worse experience than I had with Four Seasons. If I could give them zero stars I would because they do not deserve the one star they got from me. These people need to get out of this business before someone sues them.
