I was so, so lucky when I met Dorel! I was walking my dogs in a residential neighborhood. My Border Collie lept up and grabbed a bite of Dorel's pastry! He was such a good sport about it! I had recently had my 15 yr. old BMW repaired at Firestone, when it broke down on the freeway. Again, the problem arose! Dorel told me that they had used the wrong tools and did not repair my car correctly. I went back to Firestone, and after speaking with them, and Dorel vouching for the problem, I received a refund of $1000.00. I would not take my car anywhere else. I moved to Colorado for a time, and I was able to call Dorel and ask his opinion every time I needed service. He will not do anything other than what is necessary. You could eat off the floor of his garage. Yes, you may have to wait a bit, as it is a small business, but it is worth every minute, and every penny! When I came back from Colorado (18 months later) my car broke down on the ferry. I had absolutely no hesitation to have it towed to Dorel's!!!!!!!
