Review content:
This review is not for the Next Best Thing in the old location. This is only reviewing the new location (next to Big Lots). Consigning at the old location with the prior owner was enjoyable and mutually beneficial. The new location has extremely rude employees who treat you as if they are doing you a favor by taking your consignments. Despite the fact they now get 60% and you only get 40%. Their consignment conditions are absolutely ridiculous so make sure you read the fine print! You can only bring in 25 things a month? That is such an arbitrary and unreasonable policy, it doesn't make sense. \r
If you want to remove one of your items from the shelf they will impose a charge. That charge is only to pad their pockets as it takes them one minute to remove YOUR item from their computer. \r
As soon as they call you to pick up your ""rejects"" you might want to go right away because they will donate them within DAYS of calling you. \r
As a customer I am likewise unsatisfied. The items are cheaper but they are also much less quality. Cheap generic brands washed and stretched out clothes that are out of date. The clothes are supposed to be separated by size but that is generally not the case. The placements of the items seem to follow no rhyme or reason and its difficult to find what you are looking for.
