This was one of the worst experiences of my life! I was moving across the country and found this place online and the pictures/price seemed fine to suite my needs for a short period of time. Wrong!!! When I did my walk thru it seemed fine, not like their pictures but would due. I ended up living in a cockroach infested apartment for two weeks and now am fighting them about it. They covered up a hole under the bathroom sink with a large/long piece of tape. When I was cleaning the first night I found it and pulled it off. The piece of tape was covered in live cockroaches!!! When I called first thing in the morning (on a Monday) to tell them they needed to fix the problem ASAP, they told me their exterminator comes every Wednesday and that I would have to wait till then. Wow!! I should have ran then. The ""exterminator"" came two weeks in a row and I never saw any improvement. The living conditions were so bad with the cockroaches I couldnt take it. I woke up one morning and was going to brush my teeth and found a cockroach on my toothbrush. I threw up immediately! I kept my toothbrush in a ziplock baggie from there forward and did not ever even eat a meal in the place. They were in the kitchen too.
I had spoken with multiple neighbors and they all said they have cockroaches. One woman stated she had lived there for seven years and has dealt with them the entire seven.
Sad.
Do not rent there unless your okay with cockroaches all over your condo.
