The previous review couldn't have said it better. Not only is there cockroaches though there is also a bedbug epidemic. Extreme infestation of bedbugs and cockroaches. They have sent out their ""professional pest control"" who happen to be the same maintenance men I see every day of the week and the problem has not been fixed. I am now forced to get rid of ALL my furniture because of their negligence. Not only have I had issues with these senseless slumlords in the insect area but they also tried to stick me with a plumbing bill when the tenant who had the plumbing problem lived two levels down and an apartment over!!!! Never delivered a bill or contacted me about. I paid my rent (on time which I have for the past two years) and 3 days later I received a lease violation for being $287.00 short on my rent. Not until I got the notice and went to the leasing office to confront them, did they tell me that it was for the plumbing bill. I refused to pay and they did not drop the issue until I had my attorney write them a letter. After discovering that I am not white trash who likes living in a sh** hole apartment I just didn't have the funds at the time that I vacated the home I had lived in the previous year due to foreclosure. This was the closest and cheapest thing. I SINCERELY REGRET CHOOSING THE CLOSEST AND CHEAPEST!!!! They will not relieve me of my lease so I plan on breaking my lease as soon as I find a new apartment. The management is extremely negligent and they have no compassion for their tenants. Complete a**holes!! Do not even consider this place as an option when choosing a new apartment. Even setting foot on the property would be a huge mistake because by the time your lease is up, you will have lost all yours!! WORST APARTMENTS IN AURORA, CO!\r
