We just had our 3 piece sectional (total 19 cushions and pillows) re-upholstered by Roberto's Sofa Factory. This isn't a huge operation where you feel like a nobody. With this company you get special attention and are listened to so that you get exactly what you want. Robert did a fantastic job! Our sofa was 11 years old, well-constructed...but tired. Roberto made it like brand new. His work on the upholstery and matching was excellent. He also did a great job at reinforcing and renewing interior cushions that were no longer firm. Roberto's price was extremely reasonable considering all the work he had to do. The job was completed very quickly...and on top of it all - Roberto is a really nice guy and easy to work with. We love our new sofa!
