I recently purchased a membership to Sportplex. I recently had back surgery and now have arthritis so I needed a whirlpool close to home I could use often. When we had our tour the gentleman told us if equipment breaks it is repaired fairly quickly. The whirlpool has not worked since our first day and still 3 months later. The manager informed me his staff would not say anything such, because they have known since January that they would not be fixing it. I was informed I could cancel and it did not matter that I had not used it once. If you want to give money away I know some great area charities, however Sportplex is not one of them
