These Con artists and scammers tried to sell us a new unit for $4,000 and told us our current unit could not be repaired at ALL\r

We had it repaired and fixed for under $250 and verfified that it was a scam by the reputable company.\r

Upon an inquiry to BBB, we found out they used to be Goettle, then Freedom Air, now Patriot. Changing names becouse of their reputation and poor ethics.\r

STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY and report them to the BBB.\r
\r
ALWAYS use the BBB before calling and verify they have been in business 10+ years first. we learned our mistake. \r
