Review content:
My car had front and rear damage along with rear side damage. I had taken pictures of my car right after the accident in case my insurance was going to need them since the accident happened out of town. My car was only 1 year old. When I went to pick up my car, I kept hearing a rattling noise that it wasn't making before. When I went back, there was a screw loose and they told me it wasn't needed. I took my car to a friend and they said ""Of course you need it to hold your fender in place."" Went back and then they fixed it. But when I got my car back, I noticed the back window had a 2 inch scratch which wasn't part of the accident. They proceeded to tell me that it was because of road hazards. I know my car and it wasn't that. I looked closer at my car and notices scratches and dents that weren't there before I left my car. The management proceded to let me know that my car came in like that. Not true. Poor management and no return calls were received from them. My car came back in worse condition than it was before the accident. They were able to fix the main parts but beware. I would NEVER take my car back and I won't trust them to anyone. Overall, poor management and customer services, awful work, creates more damage to your car and not worth it.
Pros: The ladies in the front were nice and helpful.
