Review content:
I had a terrible experience with Caliber Collision! I would NEVER take my car back nor would I recommend anybody take their car there! I have had two experiences at Caliber. The 1st time, I got the rear bumper on my 03 Honda Accord replaced, and the bumper is not flush with the rest of the vehicle. The 2nd time, I had work done on both driver?s side doors. As I left and was getting onto Mopac, I noticed my driver?s side mirror was shaking badly, something that was not happening before I took the vehicle in. In addition, the automatic feature on my mirror was working improperly; the range of motion was off ? the mirror would not move up or down all the way, but it was working properly when I took the car in. I took the car back and was told that they had not touched my mirror except to take it off while they were replacing my doors. The man then proceeded to pull my mirror off, telling me that it was an ?after-market? mirror that had been glued on. Hmm?odd, since I bought my car off the Honda dealership lot and it was not a used car. After telling me that Honda glued (not replaced properly) a non-Honda mirror on my car, he glued my mirror back on, but the range of motion is still off. I noticed the next day that the seal on the top of my back door was not tight, allowing water to enter the vehicle when washing it. I took my car back, and they fixed the seal. When I told them the mirror still wasn?t working properly, the Geico adjustor said that there was no way that Caliber would take responsibility for my mirror. I asked if it was at all possible that my mirror was accidentally broken while at Caliber and then replaced (glued on) with an after-market mirror. The adjustor rudely said no and said I was accusing him of being dishonest. I am extremely unhappy with my experience at Caliber. Caliber Collision shouldn?t guarantee their work if they are going to be rude when you go back and point out something that was done improperly to begin with.
Pros: Friendly front desk staff
Cons: Everything else, especially the level of quality of the repairs
