READ THIS OR SUFFER
I am astounded these people are still in business. I called to have a key made, there was no mention of the $55 service charge. OK fair enough, the $55 is mentioned in a recording that get before you actually speak to someone but it is really misleading to not mention it with the estimate. That part is irritating but getting charged an extra $300 to replace an ignition that worked perfectly before the repairman came is robbery. After I explained to the repairman that i would not pay to fix something that worked fine before he came and to get a manager on the phone he brushed me off and let me know he would take care of it at no additional cost to me. OK cool, you messed up, own it, fix it, we call it a day. He began to panic after 4 hours of incompetence and started to chain smoke and talk on his cell phone. Left the premises for about an hour. After 8hours for what was supposed to be a 1 hour job I was handed a bill and told that since I had signed for the initial amount I was accountable for any additional charges incurred during the key replacement. Furious as I was I stayed calm and called the home office. A rude woman said that if I wanted to take it up with her boss I could reach him in the Bahamas. WHAT. these people are crooked as they come and i PRAY someone READS this before using these criminals. my case is still pending with the company.
