Review content:
This is a great example of what a fun restaurant should be. This is not a romantic spot nor is it a place for a quiet evening. This is a place to grab a few friends and enjoy the food, drinks and company. There are booths as well as one large community area where you will sit elbow to elbow with fellow patrons. This isn't a place to order entrees. The style is simple, snack and drink to your heart's content. The ""Yaki-tori"" is all on a stick, ranging from chicken hearts (very recommended) to bacon wrapped asparagus to quail eggs. There is more on the menu however. There are rice dishes, noodle dishes and side dishes. I recommend the Tako-Yaki (lil squid-balls). Although the beer is a lil pricey (it's almost always pricey at Japanese restaurants) the food is very reasonable. For fun times and great food go to Honda Ya.
Pros: tasty vitels, fun atmosphere, great crowd
Cons: No reservations, weekends = a little wait
