IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD. I placed an order on 8/31 was quoted a delivery date of 9/9. 9/9 came and no one called me or returned my calls concerning my order that I left all that week before delivery date. I called on 9/10 and as usual had to leave a message. Called the store on 9/12 got a voicemail. I tried again got through and was told they have to check with accounting and would call me back. I decided that I needed to go into the store to get some kind of customer service. I went in waited a few minutes and had to ask if someone was available to help me. Then once I was helped they guy told me they did do my order. That he will personally do them so that they would be ready tomorrow. I asked him why wasn't a call placed to me to let me know the order wasn't done and he didn't have an answer. I then proceed to ask that when the order is complete that I get a phone call. I would never go back or recommend them to anyone. They have terrible customer service and seem very unorganized. I guess my small order wasn't as important to them.
