Review content:
This one is a tough call for me. You cannot come to Las Vegas w/out eating @ Hugo's Cellar downtown. In the same breath, if you're in town, then you need to go to Golden Steer. It is cut from the same cloth as Hugo's yet it is entirely different (and probably better food). If your only experience with high-end steakhouses is Ruth's Chris or the Vegas Strip experience, then you will be absolutely floored by Golden Steer. A reviewer noted he went for the first time one night and was treated like a regular on night two says it all about this place. I can go 6 months between trips and still get treated like a VIP. \r

You still have to go to Hugo's first but you cannot miss Golden Steer.
Pros: You buy a cocktail, you get a cocktail.
Cons: Layout is awkward. You almost feel like you are going into a room for a lap-dance.
