Businiess name:  Golden Steer Steakhouse

Review content:
I travel a LOT and have been to a lot of famous steak houses. This is the best one I have seen. The food was superb, the best martini in Vegas [watch out for the huge size], the history of the place is old Vegas royalty [Sinatra, Dino, S. Davis Jr., etc] and the staff really seems to care that you came there to dine. I just went to the GS for the first time this week and they treated every customer like a celebrity. I liked it so much I went back the next night and was greeted like a regular. I will return to the GS on every future trip to LV. I hope it stays open with this quality another 50 years! Pros: Food, service and ambiance are all superior. Cons: Quirky off strip location near the Saraha casino, not really a "con".
