These guys are great! My rental house was leased in less than a week! Steve is very knowledgable and one of the best things is that emails and phones calls are always promptly returned. My rent money is directly deposited fast every month without fail. I have been very confident in Texas Income Property services that I've decided to buy a few more properties because I know they will do a good job and take care of my investments well.
