This customer did not report the incident on the date, but came a few days later. Spoke with owner and customer then said they saw it happen, on the previous visit; however they did not report it then. Owner spoke with father and son and issue was resolved. Family members still wash pass members as of March 2011. This review was posted before any contact was made or chance given to resolve the issue.\r
