As a long time hearing aid wearer I’ve purchased many instruments over the years. My initial experience was a University Study I was lucky enough to participate in while living in Tulsa, OK. For the last 15 years I’ve been a customer of Hearing Aid Express on Bellaire and have been working with Gail Stern, BC-HIS. Gail has gone above and beyond in many instances, over the years, to make sure that I received exemplary service. I can certainly recommend Gail and Hearing Aid Express to anyone needing to improve their hearing. I’m especially comfortable that I have always received the recommendation of the best instrument that fit both my hearing needs and my budget. The most important thing to me, over the years, is the level of trust I have developed in the way my hearing needs will always be addressed to my total satisfaction. Run, don't walk sounds like a negative to me so I selected Very Good for my Rating - They are the best!
