I find everything to be great!
The staff has been friendly-regardless of change in personnel. The landlord has been running this property since before I lived here. This is important because a lot of properties I checked out before moving in here, have a high turnover in personnel. There have been only 2 changes in leasing agents prior to the curent one.
Melissa-current leasing agent-listens and is genuinely friendly. She is assertive and will make sure your needs are seen to. Mary Elizabeth- the Landlord-is the same way. There is no favoritism. The staff treats everyone the same-fairly. Maintenance has had turnovers, but the Head Maintenance Man-Chelo-does a great job. Chuy-Maintenance Man-also does a great job. I have had no complaints in regards to both men. Dave-the groundskeeper is always friendly and does a really good job in keeping up the property considering the unpredictable weather.
Overall, I would highly recommend this complex to anyone. As stated above, the staff and maintenance are wonderful. Turnovers are minimal. Improvements are always being made to the property. Rent is affordable. This is the 1st complex in this area to offer free cable. What more could you ask for'
