I wish I could give negative stars or zero stars but I am forced by CitySearch to give at least one.
We are a neighbor of the SurfSide Apartments.
From what we see the owner and / or manager does not care about their neighbors or tenants. They have some system that always fails and a high pitch whistle is emitted from the building often for a week straight.
Their tenants often are moving in and out all hours of the night such as 3:00 AM on a Monday. The tenants also seem to have no regarding to disturbing their neighbors by having guests over who trash the neighborhood with litter and are loud on the street until early morning hours often not on weekends.
The manager and owner truly have no respect for their building or the neighborhood.
If you ever want a moments peace - do not move here until the owner and / or manager is replaced with someone who actually cares.
