Review content:
I've been going to what was previously Lauchners for over 10 years for tuneups. They always did a great job for a reasonable rate. I'd get my lawnmower back in good shape and would service it every 1 - 2 years. Not the case since they changed owners in the last year or so. I took my lawnmower there for a regular tune up and paid $140. I thought fine I hadn't taken it in over 2 years so that made sense given wear and tear. I started cutting my lawn and the mower would turn off by itself. Mind you the lawn wasn't high at all and was a bit wet. Moist lawn never caused my lawnmower to shut off. I took it back and he told me they'd look at it. The young man who isn't very knowledgeable about servicing mowers told me that if he felt it wasn't in good shape he wouldn't have tuned it up for $140 and there was probably something minor off. Got it back a 2nd time w/ a minor fix only to find out the same issue...mower is turning off. Took it back a 3rd time. This time he said they couldn't find anything and the mechanic even cut the grass and it was fine. Typical service response when they have no answers. $140 down the drain for a lawnmower that was running fine before I got it serviced. I won't go back there again...
