I purchased my 2010 Kawasaki Ninja from this business because they were the only people who had the bike I wanted. That was a horrible mistake. I truly regret purchasing my machine from them. It's not the bike itself, it's dealing with their staff for maintenance and repairs. They are rude, arrogant, and obnoxious. The first time I walked in to their store, they completely ignored me for over an hour. It was only after I approached one of the workers did they say that they would send someone over. Thirty minutes later, a salesman finally came over. He was completely disinterested in selling me my machine. If I had not already done my research and had picked out what I had wanted, I would have been completely lost and distraught. That should have been a sign to me to back out, but I really wanted the bike, so I went ahead and bought it anyway. Subsequently, whenever I had to take it for service or repair issues, the staff was inattentive, rude, and misleading. I will not get into all the details, but the issue was with the carburetor, and they kept trying to pass it off as something else. Inevitably, I took it to another dealer, who fixed the carburetor, and the bike runs perfectly. In addition, when i took it for its regular maintenance, I picked the bike up a week later (it took them a week to perform the maintenance, even with a scheduled appointment). Oddly enough, a week after I picked the bike up, I got a call from their service department telling me ""my bike was ready for pickup."" Dumbfounded, I looked in my garage, and my bike was, indeed, in my garage, so I asked the person if they were sure that it was my bike, and they got an attitude and asked ""who's f----g bike do you think it is?"" At that point, I hung up and have not dealt with them since. Bottom line? They are horrible. Their salesman are horrible; their service is horrible, and I despise dealing with them. Ever since my last dealings with them, I have chosen to drive the 30 minutes in to Scranton to deal with the Kawasaki dealer there. It's much farther away, but well worth it.
