Review content:
I would never recommend this company. We had one problem after another. They forgot about my mother altogether several times when no one showed up, over and over we called and got rude treatment. They didn't seem to even know who was supposed to be with my mother. We had so many different aids and none of them had any training. If they showed up they talked on their cell phones all day. I couldn't trust my mother's care to them at all.\r
The people in the billing office were even worse to deal with, we always got voice mail and they hardly ever returned a call, and then were very short and rude to us. We were constantly billed for days when no one showed up, and then people showed up when we didn't ask for them. After all their mistakes we were treated like we were bothering them when we called. They argued with us over what days the aids were there, it was a mess.\r
I have since mentioned this to my mother's doctor and other healthcare professionals. Too late I've found that they would not recommend them either!
