I finally used the Groupon I bought here a few months ago and I had a great experience! I have been highlighting my hair blonde for years. I didn't expect anything different from this service until Jessica, my new stylist, gave me a world of hair information! She showed me that I had no dimension to my color, just solid blonde. I knew my hair was dry but never knew why. She explained that I have been over processed and taken way too light. Jessica suggested a highlight and lowlight and said within a couple of visits my color would look much more dimensional. It looked gorgeous and way dimensional after just one so I can't wait to go back. She also gave me tips on how to style my naturally wavy hair which, I always just blow dry straight. Honestly, she gave me lots of tips and was very easy to talk to because she listened. The staff here is great too. From the gentleman at the front desk to the other stylist nearby everyone was so friendly. I can't wait to visit XEX again. Thanks!
