Sarah Aldrich Pilates is fantastic. The instructors are really knowledgeable and versed in Pilates - but completely approachable and down to earth. Pilates works! I had really bad sciatica and back pain and it's completely transformed me. The studio is gorgeous too - and right in downtown.\r
