Groom's stepfather went out of his way (3 hour drive) to make sure he got fitted for his suit for my son's wedding this past october. Son picked up the suit (since we don't live nearby) and trusted that the salesperson helping him checked the suit and accessories while my son checked the sizes on his receipt. When we arrived in town Saturday afternoon, suit and length was the wrong size, shirt was two sizes too big and the tie was the wrong color. They close at 4PM on Saturday and closed on Sunday so we could do nothing about it. Called after wedding and was given rude customer service. Asked to have the owner call me and he never did, Disputed the charge with my credit card and The Country Gent said it was our responsibility to make sure we got the right size!
